Pricing
How much does it cost?
Price is dependant upon the number of website instances and is billed on an annual basis. A single school would be one instances (installation) of the CMS and Education Package. For example, a District with ten schools may choose to have their schools included within one instance, however, the option for the district to grant each school with their own autonomous website is preferred. This solution stands to free the district of the burden of continually updating each schools website by allowing them freedom to control their own content. We do understand that smaller districts or schools may not have the financial resources or manpower for such a comprehensive package so custom quotes depending on your needs are available on an individualized basis.

Funding
The advantage of the Community School Builders solution is that the package we provide can be funded in a number of ways. We are an e-rate provider, if you participate, your discount rate could offset the cost. By purchasing the web site solution that we offer, you are also providing an excellent expenditure for your Title I, Parental Involvement dollars! Even more importantly, implementing a new website like this will require professional development for you staff. Training will be provided either in person, on-site or via remote presentation tools and a great way to pay for this is with your Title II, Part A, Teacher and Principal Training and Recruitment!
Eligibility
All eligible products and services under the E-rate program fall into one of three categories: Telecommunications, Internet Access, and Internal Connections. Both the Telecommunications and Internet Access categories are considered Priority One services and are fully funded every year. Since Community School Builder offers "Web Hosting" services, it qualifies for discounts under the Priority One "Internet Access" category.
