The calendar system is a robust online calendar system that allows for general district calendars to individual calendars. Use a 3rd party application that supports iCalendar such as Outlook 2007, Apple iCal, and Mozilla Sunbird
to view and / or update the calendar while you're on the go. Other people can
subscribe to your calendar to easily view your schedule or add an
appointment to a calendar shared by your group.

The help desk is a great wat for your staff to perform a maintenance request or technical assistance. Teacher can submit a ticket through the system which will email the person in charge of each category. The ticket can then be assigned to a particular person for completion and priorities can be set when assigning. When the request has been taken care of the ticket can be closed.
The advantage of implementing this system is the ability to track request in a database format and makes it easy to determine campus trends, or trends from particular users. This provides the useful information to run a more effective campus and a useful tool to help make sure your teacher’s needs are being addressed.
The survey system helps schools by conducting surveys of your stakeholders to gain anonymous responses to questions that you feel are relevant to your operation. For example, you may want to conduct a campus wide survey to evaluate your safe and drug free program compliance reports or even a needs assessment to help you with your NCLB application. The key features of this survey program are:
- Unlimited surveys, unlimited questions per survey and unlimited answer types. Theme based system allows surveys to have their own look and feel once new themes are made.
- Complete access control system allowing for the creation of multiple administrator users, public or private access to creating surveys, multiple users with individual permissions to take surveys, view results, and edit surveys. Access to surveys and results can be unrestricted (public), or restricted by IP address, cookies, username and password or invitation only (invitation sent by email).
- Access to taking surveys can be restricted to a certain number of times over a given period, i.e. "Allow users to take 1 survey every 7 days.".
- Questions can have text or multiple choice answers. Multiple choice answers can be presented horizontally, vertically, in a HTML drop down or a Matrix (grid).
- Questions can be can be marked as required or left optional
- Questions can be optionally hidden or required based upon answers to previous questions (called dependencies)
- Survey results are presented in bar graphs showing percentage of answers for each value. Each answer value can be assigned an image to be used for it's bar graph.
- Survey results can be filtered based upon the results of any question, i.e. if you have a Gender question, you can filter the results to see just how Females answered your survey to look for trends. Survey results can be viewed in a "table" format which shows each response on it's own table row. Results can also be exported to a CSV file for further processing. Individual text answers that are inappropriate can be deleted from the results.
- New surveys can be created by copying existing surveys, so there will be no need to rewrite all of the questions and recreate answer types and values. New empty surveys receive a default set of answer types and values.
Offer job postings on your school web site. Your users can browse jobs or search by job title and apply immediately online. Human resources can add jobs and update job status throughout the hiring process. The administrator can approve or deny any job and controls publishing status. Preview

Administration has the ability to be notified by email of new posting and to decide if it should be posted or denied. Preview
These are the main features of Document Manager:
- Infinite categories and subcategories. The documents can be organized across custom categories and subcategories.
